Prince George’s County Public Schools utilizes a Public Private Partnership (P3) design, build, finance, and maintenance model to deliver six new public schools by 2023. PGCPS is the first jurisdiction in the nation to utilize this P3 method to bundle the construction and maintenance of a group of public schools. The unique partnership yields six buildings: five new middle schools and one K-8 academy totaling 8,000+ seats. Hover over the schools below for more information.
Our partnership with Prince George’s County goes beyond building schools and extends to supporting residents and local organizations serving the needs of the community.
