Gilbane is committed to the M/WDBE community. On April 27, 2021, we’re offering the spring session of our Gilbane Rising Contractor series; a training program that enhances contractor competitiveness through increased knowledge and understanding of principles essential to owning and growing a successful business within the construction industry. The program provides intimate knowledge of Gilbane’s processes and industry best practices. The main focus is building relationships and providing opportunities to work on Gilbane projects.
Upon completion of the program, each participant will be matched with a Gilbane mentor to serve as the firm’s internal advocate.
