Gilbane Construction & Partners recently presented PGCPS with the first installment of our 3-year scholarship funding commitment. Our team has established a scholarship fund to support PGCPS high school students to attend Prince George’s County Community College in the disciplines of design, engineering and construction management.

Additionally, our team will create apprenticeships/Internships that will be paid positions with documented paths to employment or educational programs. Each year, Gilbane provides internships that offer unique hands-on experience on real projects, while working side-by-side with our teams and clients. We offer award-winning training and professional development tools, that include hundreds of courses relating to our culture, best practices, and technical skills. Interns may be matched with a mentor and internships begin with a meeting where you and your mentor discuss your personal goals, what skills you’d like to develop, and what opportunities you’d like to pursue.
