ADELPHI AREA MIDDLE SCHOOL

Past Month’s Accomplishments:
- All underslab plumbing and electrical completed.
- All concrete slabs on grade completed.
- Erection of steel in the Kitchen and Gym sectors completed.
- Erection of classroom steel in building sectors 1A and 1B in progress.
- Form/pour stage ramp/slab and foundation wall damp-roofing and backfill in progress.
30-Day Look Ahead:
- Building perimeter knee wall framing and AVB at sectors 1A, 2K, and 2G is ongoing.
- Roof parapet framing for east commons is ongoing.
- MEP hangers and interior wall layout at sector 1A to begin.
- Structural steel erection in sectors 1A and 1B to continue.
- Façade metal panel deliveries to begin.
- Slab on deck pours at 1A to continue.
DREW-FREEMAN MIDDLE SCHOOL

- Pouring of concrete foundation walls in building sector 2K in progress.

HYATTSVILLE MIDDLE SCHOOL

- Steel detailing and secondary steel install at sector 1A in progress.
- Primary steel erection at 2K in progress.
- MEP slab rough-in at the sector 1A elevated decks in progress.
- CMU walls in sector 2G and CMU elevator shaft in progress.
- Grading turf field in progress.
- Foundation wall damp-roofing and backfill in progress.

- Metal decks, MEP prep, and concrete pours in sectors 1A and 1B to continue.
- Knee wall installation and waterproofing around the perimeter of the building in progress.
30-Day Look Ahead:
- Steel erection of sector 2G and center infill to be completed.
- Roof Panel Installation and exterior masonry walls in Sector 2K and 1B to begin.
- Interior layout of critical walls (MEP rooms, bathrooms, corridors) to begin.
- Main power duct bank run from existing school to new building to begin.
- MEP hangers and top track in sector 1B first floor to begin.
SOUTHERN AREA K-8 ACADEMY

Past Month’s Accomplishments:
- Foundations and elevator pit at 4-story tower completed.
- Under slab plumbing and electrical at east and north center areas completed.
- Preparation for slab on grade pour at east area completed.
- Monitoring settlement of fill dirt and surcharge dirt on the building pad in progress.
- Grading of site at the green field and playing court areas in progress.
- Delivery of steel joists and metal decking in progress.
- Mobilization of steel erector and crane to site in progress.
30-Day Look Ahead:
- Pouring of concrete slab on grade at east side to begin.
- Under slab MEP utilities at 4-story tower to begin.
- Pouring of concrete slab on grade in gym to begin.
- Erection of structural steel to begin.
WALKER MILL MIDDLE SCHOOL
