  • Building perimeter exterior knee wall framing and MEPF hangers at building sectors 1A and 1B completed.
  • Interior CMU block walls in the kitchen area completed.
  • Interior wall layout building and elevated concrete deck pours at sector 1B completed.
  • Interior CMU block walls in elevator shaft and sector 2G in progress.
  • Site storm water utilities installation in progress.
  • Pouring of concrete stage ramp in progress.
  • Building foundation wall waterproofing and backfill in progress.

30-Day Look Ahead:

  • Installation of hat channel system and interior wall framing in building sectors 1A, 1B, and 2K is ongoing.
  • MEP ceiling rough-in in building sector 1B is ongoing.
  • MEPF hanger installation and roof panel installation in building sectors 1A and 1B to be completed.

  • Installation of secondary steel and top and bottom interior wall track in building sectors 1A and 1B in progress.
  • Installation of secondary exterior steel in building sectors 2G and 2K in progress.
  • Rough in overhead MEPF in sectors 1A and 1B in progress.
  • Installation of fireproofing in building sector 1A in progress.
