ADELPHI MIDDLE SCHOOL

Past Month’s Accomplishments:

Spray fireproofing, installation of exterior metal wall panels, and MEP rough-in at various levels of sector 2K completed.
Underground sanitary piping installation at the south connector completed.
Curb and gutter installation at the vehicular parking area completed.
Drywall close-in on level 1 of sector 1A completed.
Building foundation wall waterproofing and backfill at sector 1B completed.

Work In Progress:

Site underground storm water piping and grading of parking lot in progress.
Spray fireproofing in the connector area in progress.
MEPF rough-in in building sectors 1B and 2K, West Commons, and the Gym in progress.
Installation of exterior windows and electrical in wall rough-in at sector 1B in progress.
Installation of interior door frames on level 1 of sectors 1A and 1B in progress.

30-Day Look Ahead:

Interior stud wall framing in sectors 2K and 2G is ongoing.
MEP ceiling and wall rough-ins in sectors 1A, 1B, and 2K to continue.
Installation of the site underground utilities to continue.
Detailing of TPO roof and installation of exterior windows and interior door frames are ongoing.

COLIN L. POWELL K-8 ACADEMY

Past Month’s Accomplishments:

All remaining concrete slabs on metal deck completed.
Secondary steel girt framing at the 4-story tower completed.
Spray fireproofing and overhead MEP rough-in on various levels of the 4-story tower completed.
In-wall inspections at the kitchen area completed.
Curbs, gutters, and sidewalks at the west parking area completed.

Work in Progress:

Secondary steel and spray fireproofing in the 3-story tower in progress.
TPO Roofing and overhead MEP rough-ins at the 4-story tower in progress.
Installation of exterior metal wall panels in building sector 2 in progress.
Interior CMU block wall construction at the aux gym, dance, and choir rooms in progress.
Hanging and finishing of drywall in the kitchen areas in progress.

30-Day Look Ahead:

Spray fireproofing, interior stud wall framing, and overhead MEP rough-ins on various levels of the 4-story tower to begin and continue.
Asphalt paving at the west parking and access road to begin.

Installation of window framing and exterior windows in building sector 2K in progress.

Ductwork rough-ins in building sectors 1A and 1B in progress.

Installation of one-side interior drywall in sector 1B to continue.

Installation of underground grease interceptor at north site completed.

Work in Progress:

Trim out of exterior metal panels and gutters and downspouts in sectors 2G and 2K in progress.
Drywall one-siding interior walls, interior door frame installation, and electrical power distribution rough-ins in sector 1A in progress.
Fire sprinkler installation, electrical in wall rough-ins, and interior stud wall framing and one-siding drywall in sector 1B in progress.
Telecom cabling installation in sectors 1A and 1B in progress.
Grading and undercutting of the lower parking lot in progress.
Underground site utilities and gas utilities throughout the site in progress.

30-Day Look Ahead:

MEP, sprinkler, and telecom overhead rough-in, testing, and insulation is ongoing.
Interior paint at back of house spaces to begin.
Curb and gutter construction and base asphalt paving at lower lot to begin.
Mechanical and electrical room rough-ins to begin.

KENMOOR MIDDLE SCHOOL

Exterior window installation at sector 2K completed.
Construction of exterior electrical transformer pad completed.
Installation of underground chilled water piping, interior building gas line, and exterior metal panels completed.
In-wall MEP rough-ins in sectors 1A and 1B completed.
One side drywall in sector 1B completed.
All stairs except for main learning stairs completed.
Underground sanitary line connection from kitchen to grease interceptor completed.

Work in Progress:

Trim, gutters, and downspouts around exterior building perimeter in progress.
Overhead ductwork and piping insulation in progress,
Electrical room rough-ins in sector 2K in progress.
Mechanical room rough-in and final connection to electrical equipment in progress.
Interior door frame installation, electrical room buildout, and branch wire pull in sectors 1A and 1B in progress.
Low voltage cable rough-ins in sector 1A in progress.
Closing interior walls and drywall finishing in sector 1B in progress.
